Shipping Policy

Domestic (India):

Orders are delivered within 3–5 business days from the order date.

Shipping charges may apply depending on order value, weight, and delivery location.

International:

Orders are delivered within 8–21 business days, depending on the destination country.

Shipping charges are extra and calculated at checkout.

Any customs duties, GST, import taxes, or clearance charges applicable in the destination country must be paid by the customer.

Delivery timelines are subject to customs clearance, local courier delays, and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Cancellation Policy
Domestic (India):

Cancellation before shipment is allowed if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Refunds are processed within 3-10 business days after cancellation approval.

International Orders:

No cancellation is allowed once the order is processed.

Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Refunds & Returns
Domestic (India)
Cancellations before shipment: Refunds are processed within 24–48 business hours of approval.
Cancellations after shipment / returns: Refunds are initiated once the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes quality verification.

Online Payments: Refunds are credited to the original payment source within 2–10 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds are processed via bank transfer after receiving your bank details by email.
Discount Vouchers & Loyalty Points:

Discount vouchers are single-use and non-refundable.

Loyalty points redeemed will be credited back in case of cancellation.
Damaged / Wrong Products:

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, email meru.organic@gmail.com

Products must be returned in their original packaging with seals, labels, and barcodes intact.

Replacements are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
Non-Returnable Items:

Used, opened, or partially consumed products are not eligible for return or refund.

No returns or replacements are accepted for international orders.

No cancellation is allowed after order processing.

Only damaged-in-transit cases may be reviewed (with valid proof), but refund eligibility is at our sole discretion.

Refunds for international transactions may take longer depending on banking channels and currency exchange timelines.

Product Availability: Delivery timelines are estimates and subject to product availability, courier delays, customs clearance, and unforeseen circumstances (natural calamities, strikes, lockdowns, etc.).

Health & Hygiene Clause: For safety and hygiene reasons, once a product is opened or used, it cannot be returned or refunded.

Customer Responsibility:

Customers must provide the correct shipping address, pin code, and contact details at checkout.

We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, refusal to accept delivery, or absence at the time of delivery.

Force Majeure: MERU Bio Herb is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or government restrictions.

Fraudulent Transactions: We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected to be fraudulent or involving payment irregularities.

Jurisdiction: All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Faridabad, Haryana, India.
